Delivery Information

We take great care to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition, wherever you are in the world.

  • Dispatch Times

    We aim to ship your artwork within one week of your order. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 5 working days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

    Delivery Times

    Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within approximately 14 days from the date of ordering. All shipments are sent from the UK using trusted international carriers.

    Shipping & Rates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Each artwork is carefully packed individually to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For larger orders, if multiple items can be safely combined into one shipment, we may refund part of the shipping cost after dispatch on a case-by-case basis.

    Packaging

    Signed print editions are sent unframed in strong card postal tubes. Unframed prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to protect their surface and quality. Original artworks are packaged according to their individual size and materials, using carefully selected protective materials. We do everything possible to ensure your artwork arrives exactly as it left the studio.

  • Tracking & Delivery

    All artwork is sent fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Tracking details will be emailed to you on the day your order is dispatched from the UK. If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or hold your parcel at a local depot or collection point. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will arrange and cover the cost of redelivery.

    Split Shipments

    Signed prints and original artworks may be shipped separately depending on their size and packaging requirements. There is no additional shipping charge for split deliveries, and each shipment will be fully tracked.

    Taxes & Duties

    VAT is calculated and applied at checkout based on your location. You should not be required to pay additional import taxes or duties on delivery. In the unlikely event of any customs delays, please contact us and we will assist.

    Damaged Items

    In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please email info@jason-brooks.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement free of charge once the damage has been confirmed and the original item has been destroyed.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing artwork. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and cancellations process.

  • Returns

    If you change your mind, you may return your artwork within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

    - Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
    - Artwork must be in its original packaging
    - Items must be unused and in resaleable condition

    You are welcome to carefully open and inspect your artwork, however it must not be handled in a way that results in damage, creasing, marking, or any loss of condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund amount.

    How to Return an Item

    To arrange a return, please email info@jason-brooks.com. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

    - Returns must be sent using a tracked service
    - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    - Items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely returned

    We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

    Refunds

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm receipt and process your refund within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs will be refunded in line with standard consumer regulations.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. In most cases, exchanges are processed as a return and a new order to ensure the fastest service.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your artwork arrives damaged or in any way defective, please email info@jason-brooks.com with photographic evidence. Once confirmed, we will:

    - Arrange a replacement free of charge
    - Refund any return shipping costs if applicable

    In some cases, we may ask that the original item is destroyed before issuing a replacement.

    Cancellations

    You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, it will need to be treated as a return once received.

    Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

    If a delivery is refused or not collected and returned to us, it will be treated as a return. A full refund will be issued once the artwork has been safely received back in its original condition.

    Non-Returnable Conditions

    We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply deductions in the following situations:

    - Items returned outside of the stated return period
    - Artwork not returned in its original packaging
    - Items that are damaged, marked, or not in resaleable condition

    Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once your order has been completed and the file has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the right to cancel your order within 14 days is waived once the download or access has begun.
